CNC Machining

For more than 20 years, Kintec Machining has been providing superior CNC machining services. We offer a range of precision machining capabilities with a variety of computerized CNC machining centers that can be programmed to meet your exact specifications, no matter how simple or intricate. Whether you require a trial run, product prototype or large-capacity CNC production turning, you’ll get a fast turnaround on a quality product at a competitive cost.

CNC Machining Process

CNC machining is a high speed, high precision manufacturing process. You take a block or billet of material and cut away at it with a series of tools and drill bits, removing material to make a part or product. In short, CNC machining is a metal fabrication method where written code controls the machinery in the manufacturing process. The code determines everything from the movement of the cutting head and the part to spindle speed, RPMs, etc.

In CNC manufacturing, machines are operated via numerical control, wherein a software program is designated to control an object.

Basically, CNC machining makes it possible to pre-program the speed and position of machine tool functions and run them via software in repetitive, predictable cycles, all with little involvement from human operators. In the CNC machining process, a 2D or 3D CAD drawing is conceived, which is then translated to computer code for the CNC system to execute. After the program is inputted, the operator gives it a trial run to ensure no mistakes are present in the coding.

Due to these capabilities, the process has been adopted across all corners of the manufacturing sector, and CNC manufacturing is especially vital in the areas of metal and plastic production.

CNC Machining Capabilities

At Kintec, Our CNC machining, turning, and milling processes include all types of turning, boring, broaching, and more. With our 3, 4 and 5-axis machinery, we can custom manufacture parts of the highest quality to meet your demands. From prototyping to full production runs. Benefit from our global network of certified CNC manufacturing facilities and get your parts into production in less than 5 minutes.

CNC Milling Service

CNC milling is used to apply a machined surface finish on plastic or metal or for creating complex 3D shapes. There are two main types of milling operations: face milling and peripheral milling. Face milling cuts flat surfaces into the work piece and flat-bottomed cavities. The feed can be either horizontal or vertical. Peripheral milling cuts deep slots, threads, and gear teeth. When it comes to complex cnc machining parts , it depends mixed cnc processing technology but not a single machining process .

CNC Turning Service

Our CNC lathes enable high speed and quality turning of both plastics and metals. The turning process allows for complex external geometries and internal bores to be generated. Our turning capacity is available for prototypes through  low-volume to High-volume production. our CNC turning centers produce precision turned parts with tight tolerances down to +/- .0001” (+/-2.5 µm) but can produce parts with larger diameters. CNC Swiss machining but are better suited to small and medium volume runs.

Advantages of CNC Machining

The advantages of CNC machines in comparison to conventional machining methods are numerous; these machines use higher levels of automation and reduce possible errors while increasing productivity and cost-effectiveness across the board. Here is a compilation of the main advantages of CNC machines:

● Wide Range of materials

Suitable for many different kinds of substrates, including metal and plastic .

● Precise, high tolerances

The digital template and autonomous machining of CNC practically eliminate human error and achieve accuracy within 1/1000th.

High Production and Scalability

Once the design parameters and specification have been entered into a CNC machine, it consistently executes huge quantities and affords flexible scalability.

Great surface finish

We don‘t just make parts. We make them better by applying a variety of treatments to improve their appearance, performance and durability.

Cost Effectiveness

CNC machines more than make up for their initial costs with a high rate of output and lower number of mistakes in resulting components. Operators also require less training to operate a CNC machine and can learn how to use the machine in a virtual environment, eliminating the need for training workpieces.
