Processing Technic-Surface Finish-Silk Screen Print

Many people may have heard of silk screen process, but most of them do not know what it is, in fact, silk screen is very simple. We will introduce for you in the following:

Using photosensitive plate making method,the silk mesh is made into screen printing plate with pattern.

The screen printing can be carried out by using the basic principle that part of the screen can penetrate the ink, and part of the screen can not penetrate the ink. When printing, the ink is poured into one end of the screen plate, and a scraper is used to exert a certain pressure on the ink and moves uniformly toward the other end of the screen plate.The ink is squeezed from the part with pattern on the mesh to the substrate while moving by the scraper.
