● Step 1 Product Design
The beginning process begins with the accuracy of the product design. We are confident in our products that are primarily responsible for high quality. ● Step 2 Laser Cutting
We have an advanced CNC plate shearer that cuts the plates of stainless steel products to any exact size you want.
● Step 3 CNC Bending
We have an advanced bending machine that bends the product into a variety of shapes to meet your exact requirements.
● Step 4 Laser Welding
We have the most advanced laser welding machines. The daily output can reach 1000 square meters. The thickness of the welded plate is usually from 0.1 mm to 100 mm depending on the type of material.
● Step 5 Pickling
The main and only purpose of pickling is to remove the oxide film on the surface of stainless steel. The surface of the stainless steel is pickled to form a dense oxide film. This process is called pickling passivation. This film is the key to stainless steel not rusting and corroding in general media.
● Step 6 Sanding
The tools used for grinding are mainly grinding machines, grinding wheel mills, etc., to make the surface of the product smoother. This way our customers will eventually get the best quality products!
● Step 7 Drawing
